Prompted by the recent "birther" activities of Neil Abercrombie, Hawaii's new governor, Chris Matthews and his guests yuck it up over Americans' who question Obama's birth status, but for the first time he actually shows the MSNBC audience that a long-form birth certificate is different and more informative than a Certification of Live Birth. Then, Matthews also asks why this document hasn't been released.
