Ohio Presidential Candidate Files Suit Against Barack Obama For Using A Fraudulent SSN

Jack Cashill, an Emmy-award winning writer with a Ph.D. in American Studies, writes "If Barack Obama has an immediate eligibility problem, it is more likely to derive from the Social Security Number he has been using for the last 25 years than from his birth certificate." Obama never lived or even visited Connecticut, which is the state from which the number was issued.

Ohio licensed private investigator, Susan Daniels, filed suit in Ohio on July 2, demanding that the Secretary of State remove Barack Obama's name from the ballot until the candidate can prove the validity of his Social Security Number.

In hundreds of cases challenging Obama's eligibility, judges have rejected the' suits because the plaintiffs lacked standing.  This means the cases were halted before evidence was presented. Therefore, to acquire appropriate standing in court, Ms. Daniels has officially established herself as a valid write-in candidate for President of the United States.

Daniels has 17 years of hands-on experience investigating SSNs for clients.  She has meticulously documented her evidence, and states that Barack Obama "has repeatedly, consistently, and with intent, misrepresented himself by using a fraudulently obtained SSN." The number he is using belonged to someone born in Connecticut in 1890.

If Daniels is allowed to present her evidence in court, and prove her case, Barack Obama would be declared ineligible to serve as President.
